Consistent quality

NewZorb comes in easy-to-manage, waterproof bulk totes. It has no moisture content and a homogenous consistency, eliminating the inconsistency that comes with wood fibre. Also, NewZorb can virtually eliminate leaching.

Reduced waste

With NewZorb, oily cuttings require the addition of only 3% to 5% by weight for proper stabilization. Compare that to wood fibre, which typically adds 30% to 50%.

Less bulk means fewer trips to the landfill and reduced disposal charges.

Increased density

One tote of NewZorb stabilizes 9 to 10 tonnes of oily cuttings, maintaining an overall density above 1,700 kg/m3. Wood fibre, on the other hand, achieves an overall density around 1,200 kg/m3. With NewZorb you get full loads by weight and no minimum load charges.

Reduced cost

By significantly reducing the volume of oily waste, NewZorb leads to cost savings in trucking as well as disposal charges. Depending on how remote the well site is, transportation savings alone can be significant.
